Adam was born and raised in the Northern Territory and possesses an in-depth, hands-on understanding of the NT’s unique demands, challenges, and opportunities. With a deep-rooted connection to the NT, Adam brings a wealth of local expertise that enhances the company’s strategic planning and operational execution.


Adam was naturally drawn to the security industry as his father dedicated over ten years as a K9 Security Officer. Adam’s early exposure to the field, combined with his own passion for K9’s and boxing, fostered a sense of discipline, focus, and commitment. Over six years of working closely with industry veteran Jim Kelly, the former Managing Director, Adam honed his skills on-site with K9 units in local and remote locations, cementing his expertise in high-stakes environments. This solid foundation led him to become the owner of the company, furthering his ambition to offer unrivalled security services across the NT.

Adam is uniquely positioned to offer innovative, strategic solutions that assist’s clients meet their security requirements—while staying within budget and adhering to agreed timeframes. Adam’s expertise ensures that every project, regardless of how complex, runs smoothly and successfully.


The loyalty and longevity of both the Clients and Employees are a true reflection of Adam's interpersonal skills. Unlike larger, multi-level security firms where owners are often distant, Adam is deeply engaged in the day-to-day operations. Adam is known for visiting clients personally at short notice, believing that trust is best built face-to-face.


In addition to overseeing operations, Adam is proactive in maintaining high standards of service. Adam routinely conducts audits and random site surveillance to ensure compliance with industry regulations and client expectations.
