Jim's hands-on approach, which involved personally visiting client sites to gain a deep understanding of their security needs, became the foundation for our company’s approach. This commitment to firsthand knowledge has ensured that we consistently provide the most suitable security officers for each unique situation.
In 2018, Adam Sikyr joined the team to assist Jim in managing the day-to-day operations of the business. His experience and dedication to upholding the company's core values helped to further enhance our service delivery.
By 2024, Adam took the helm of Visual Security, transitioning the company to a new chapter with a rebrand to Visual K9 Security. This change marked a focused shift toward specialised K9 security services, allowing us to offer advanced protection services for clients in need of enhanced security measures. Despite the rebrand, Adam remains committed to maintaining the same high standards of service and the core values that Jim Kelly established when founding the company.
